Q: Where are the pictures being taken?

A: At the soccer fields near Demers court where you guys normally play.

 

Q: How will I get my photos?

A: We will send the Google Drive link to the respective coaches who have booked with us. The coaches will be responsible for sharing that link with the parents.

 

Q: When do we pay?

A: We accept cash and emt on location. Unfortunately due to technical difficulties, our debit and credit machine does not work at the field. In the meantime, parents/guardians can pay using their credit card online by visiting www.riverwolfent.com/soccer

 

Q: Do we get to see all the photos and choose which one we get?

A: This one is tricky but the answer is unfortunately no. We've done a lot of thinking on this and what often happens is parents post the pictures with the watermarks. Although it's free advertising, we unfortunately won't be sharing all of the pictures. With that being said, we do have an understanding of what parents like to see and therefore we will be making the executive decision of which picture will be sent out.

 

Q: What happens if I love the pictures and want more?

A: We will be glad to let you pay the difference and share those pictures with you! We also have other templates and ideas but we wanted to keep the pricing minimal as life is expensive nowadays. These other templates do cost more therefore we can also discuss pricing at that point if parents are interested!

Q: I haven't received the sibling/family pictures nor the team photo?

A: These pictures will be edited at the end after all of the individual shoots have been taken and pictures have been edited. This will help us to make sure we have every single members of the team in the team photo.
